The second mixed rules bout in the promotion’s history will take place on January 13 in ONE’s return to Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

As their highly-anticipated showdown nears, both fierce competitors haven’t exactly been amicable with one another.

For instance, Stamp has questioned how a pure striker like Meksen will fare once grappling is allowed in the MMA rounds of their match-up.

‘C-18’, on the other hand, has opted to make her trash talk more personal, claiming the Thai superstar is more of an entertainer rather than a real fighter.

Stamp Fairtex, who’s usually respectful of her opponents in the lead-up to her fights, has heard enough of Meksen’s harsh words.

She let her anger known in an interview with ONE Championship, saying:

Meanwhile, Meksen remains unfazed by Stamp’s homecourt advantage and vows to showcase their supposed wide disparity in terms of skills.

Furthermore, the French-Algerian striker warned Stamp not to be too complacent in their MMA rounds, since she can also hold her own in the grappling department.

It’s apparent these two have no love lost for one another and we all can’t wait to see who walks the talk come ONE Fight Night 6 on Prime Video. The event is free for North American Prime Video subscribers.

Stamp Fairtex says Anissa Meksen should never look down on opponents

Stamp Fairtex once ruled the women’s atomweight division in both Muay Thai and kickboxing.

The 25-year-old faced extremely tough challengers along the way but has always remained cordial with everyone she faced.

However, Stamp admits it’s hard to offer Meksen the same courtesy, especially after the scathing insults she unleashed.

The Fairtex gym product told ONE Championship:

In another interview with South China Morning Post MMA, the former double sport world champion also bared how she plans to neutralize her opponent’s powerful strikes.
